Earl A. Gordon - Managing Partner
Earl is the Managing Partner and founder of Fenton Avenue Capital. Earl is responsible for identifying and sourcing target businesses, conducting due diligence, deal structuring, negotiating, financing and working alongside existing management of the acquired company.
Earl has over 18 years of experience in financing, acquiring, operating and growing businesses across a wide variety of industries. Prior to founding Fenton Avenue Capital, Earl spent several years gaining significant hands-on operating experience as a senior manager in strategy, sales, marketing, merchandising and business development at fast-growing start-up enterprises, including Kidrobot, Quidsi (acquired by Amazon.com) and littleBits. Before attending Harvard Business School, Earl honed his M&A and investment skills at Altaris Capital Partners (a healthcare-focused private equity fund) and UBS Private Equity. Earl began his career as an investment banking analyst at Goldman Sachs.
Earl holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and also graduated from the Stern School of Business at New York University with a BS in Finance and International Business.
